Announcement: Letters for Promotion Candidates Due Today

The following members of the faculty are currently being considered for promotion to full professor: Laura Behling, English Tom Huber, Physics John Lammert, Biology Tom LoLaro, Mathematics and Computer Science Brian O'Brien, Chemistry Joyce Sutphen, English Letters written on behalf of these candidates should be sent to Provost Mary E. Morton and should address the criteria for promotion as stated in the Faculty Manual. Letters are due by Monday, February 23, 2009, at 4 p.m. Reminder: Tenured faculty members in a candidate's department are expected to submit letters.
