"Let's Talk About It..." Interpersonal process groups are an opportunity for growth and change. the power of group therapy lies in an environment to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals in a safe and confidential space. Choose to join one of the groups meeting either Mondays 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m., Wednesdays 1:30 p.m. - 3 p.m., or Thursdays 3:30 p.m.- 5 p.m.
