'Lean In' Book Discussion GroupNovember 12, 2013 at 3–5 p.m.
We're Leaning In! Come join us.
Sheryl Sandberg's blockbuster book, Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead, has inspired serious commentary and controversy about women and leadership. Lean In has brought the subject of why women still do not occupy their share of top leadership positions in any realm back to the forefront. What's it all about? Kathy Lund Dean and Marcia Bunge invite you to read the book and join other Gustavus colleagues for a lively, facilitated discussion.
The Kendall Center has a limited number of books for distribution, and it is widely available in a variety of formats on retail sites like Amazon.com. Please RSVP to Cathy Blaukat at cblaukat@gustavus.edu . Wine and cheese refreshments will be served.
This event is supported by the Kendall Center for Engaged Learning, the Board of Trustees Distinguished Chair in Leadership & Ethics, and the Drell and Adeline Bernhardson Distinguished Endowed Chair in Lutheran Studies.
