Description

To usher in the winter season and holiday spirit, the Linnaeus Arboretum will be hosting its fourth annual Julgran Celebration. Julgran, which translates to Christmas tree in Swedish, will be Thursday Dec 1 from 4-6. Once again the highlight will be the cookie contest with hundreds of cookies to sample. Bring your favorite cookies and enter them in the contest. Don't be modest, be the organization, individual, or department with the best cookies on campus. In addition to awesome cookies there will be live music courtesy of our own talented Gustavus students, hot cider, as well as the requisite milk, and a small Christmas bazaar. So come gather around the Interpretive Center's log fireplace, enjoy the cookies, the company, and a start to your Christmas shopping.

Individuals/teams/departments interested in participating in the cookie contest should contact Shirley Mellema (shirley@gustavus.edu, x6181) no later than Monday, November 28.
