Hello WE members, if you are interested in getting more active at work, at home, or whenever you have an opportunity to, there will be an informational luncheon to give you some ideas of exercises you can complete at your desk.


What? Introductory Deskercise movements are designed to strengthen and tone both your upper and lower body.

Where? These simple yet effective exercises are designed for anyone to do while at work, at a desk, or even at home when you're watching TV.

When? These exercises can be implemented in your daily schedule whenever you have a minute or two for a quick exercise! Each exercise should take between 45 seconds and 2 minutes. Feel free to pick and choose which exercises will help you the most.

Why? Some target areas in these exercises are arm strength, leg strength, core strength, muscular endurance, and cardio.

How?By following the instructions that will be on the exercise sheets, we hope that you will get some ideas of how you can be more active at work and achieve your fitness goals.
