Gustavus Health Promotion invites faculty and staff to join Dr. Nidal Alkurdy from the Mankato Clinic Neurology Department for a Lunch & Learn, the topic being insomnia. Insomnia is a common sleep disorder in which people have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or both. Dr. Alkurdy will provide an overview of insomnia, it's possible etiologies, implications, and treatment.

Dr. Nidal Alkurdy joined the Mankato Clinic in September of 2011. He attended medical school at Damascus University and completed his neurology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at Brown University. Dr. Alkurdy is a board certified neurologist with a sub-specialty certification in sleep medicine.

Please join us in the Heritage Banquet Room on Monday, March 17th from 11:30am-12:20pm for lunch and a free informational session!
