Indigenous People's Day: Professor Katie Boone and Maddy Rice '23 speak in ChapelOctober 10, 2022 at 10–10:20 a.m.

Professor Katie Boone (Econ/Management), who is descended from a settler family that was rescued by Lakota youths during the U.S. Dakota War of 1862, and Maddy Rice '23, who grew up practicing her family's rich culture and traditions in Bad River, Wisconsin, will share their stories and thoughts on Indigenous Peoples Day.
