Description

Russ Michaletz, Visiting Assistant Professor in Economics and Management, helped facilitate last year's Gustie Entrepreneur Cup, and was a Student Division Judge for the Student Division in this summer's Minnesota Cup. As such, he had a "behind-the-scenes" view of what it took for a student's idea to become a competition champion a matter of months. He will share with you examples of student ideas that entered the Minnesota Cup competition, and more importantly, the criteria that judges use to determine winning entries. He will also review the opportunities and resources you will have at Gustavus this year to nurture your entrepreneurial potential.
