4:30 p.m. -- "Human Rights in Colombia Today," presented by Diana Milena Murc??a, Colombian human rights lawyer and activist. Murc??a is considered one of Colombia's leading legal minds focused on Plan Colombia. Her visit has been arranged by Witness for Peace.
5:45 p.m. -- Break for dinner (bring dinner to the Three Crowns Room)
6:30 p.m. -- "Messages, Media and Momentum: A Primer on Working with the Media," presented by Emily Sollie, Lutheran World Relief media specialist. Interested in getting a story out to the media but don't know where to start? This training session will demystify the media, showing which approaches work and why.
