Good Enough to Eat? presented by Lisa Heldke '82, professor of philosophy. This seminar will include a sneak preview of Nobel Conference 2010, Making Food Good. It will invite participants to explore some of the ways that food serves as a concentrated source of meaning and value in our lives. From the nutritional to the aesthetic, from the cultural to the environmental, food makes us who and what we are.
