Description

The interactive 50-minute program features effective communication skills during conflict. Some of the areas covered are: conflict styles, managing emotions, honoring your rights and respecting the other individual, and use of assertive communication. These skills can be applied to friends, peers, professors, parents, and more. Facilitated by Karin Ryan of the Counseling Center. Free lunch to the first 30 people to sign up in the Peer Assistant Office.
