Angela Kittock is a 2006 Gustavus graduate working in the health and wellness industry in Minneapolis, MN. As a certified yoga teacher, Angela specializes in the practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, two practices that help to reduce tension in the body and mind, alleviate the effects of stress, and bring about feelings of peace and ease. Angela herself has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and continues to be grateful for these amazing practices.

Angela also worked for many years in the specialty tea industry and learned the art of Chinese Gongfu Tea Ceremony, which she incorporates into her Yoga + Tea workshops and events. Angela's most recent project is the creation of Moondance Wellness Coaching, a business that combines her psychology background and an intense passion for personal growth and development, her expertise in health and wellness including her certification as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, and her personal experience with Crohn's disease and her own journey through disease and health.

On founding Moondance Angela says, "I believe that joy and wellness can be part of my clients' everyday existence, and that getting there can be the most fascinating journey. I believe that true and lasting health is so much more than just calories in and calories out; it's the desire to learn about one's unique self, it's the joy that can be found when we begin to live in alignment with our soul's purpose, it's the integration of our inner feelings and our outer actions." Stay tuned for the launch of Moondance Wellness Coaching and new yoga and wellness events coming spring of 2018!
