Guided tour by Swedish artist Gudrun Westerlund at the Hillstrom Museum of ArtNovember 24, 2009 at 1:30–2:30 p.m.

Swedish artist Gudrun Westerlund, from Uppsala, will guide a tour of the exhibition Connected with Water (Paintings by Gudrun Westerlund), on view at the Hillstrom Museum of Art from Nov. 23, 2009 through Jan. 29, 2010. The exhibition, which she considers a "poetical investigation"related to and about the experience and meaning of water, especially as connected with Westerlund's childhood in northern Sweden. This tour is free and open to the public. The exhibition is supported with assistance from the Swedish Council of America and the Scandinavian Studies Program of Gustavus Adolphus College.
