Prof. Damaris Pu??ales Alpizar from Case Western Reserve University will be discussing her research on the Soviet influence in Cuban popular culture in the 1990s. She will be looking particularly at the film industry and will be discussing Cuban and Russian co-productions such as the film "Soy Cuba / Ya Kuba."
