All Bananas are NOT Created Equal!
The Kitchen Cabinet is hosting 2 representatives from Equal Exchange, the Fair Trade company which imports the FT organic bananas that we feature in The Marketplace. The presenters will show a video highlighting farmers in Peru and Ecuador, and the improvements in their income, health, communities and environment, that Fair Trade has enabled. Students, faculty, staff and administrators are all invited to join us.
