Announcement: Goal Setting for the New Year

Description

Are you eager to set goals for the new year, but don't know where to start? This January, Chaplain Maggie is offering individual or small group (2-3) sessions that will guide you in setting goals and intentions for the new year based on your personal values. Participants will also be given tools to reflect on goal progess each month. 

These sessions can take place on zoom or in-person (in classrooms with all COVID policies and recommendations followed).

A couple of notes: (1) Chaplain Maggie is body-positive and anti-diet (she will not guide you through goals that end in weight loss); and (2) if goal setting is not your thing and the pressure of the new year and resolution talk is too much-- know that it's okay and you're enough just as you are.
