The date for filling out and sending tax forms is approaching fast, and it is a propitious time to talk about the destination of that funding for government spending. "U.S. Tax Policy: Where does your dollar go?" is the second topic of "Global Tuesday;" and again, everybody is welcome to share their opinion.
