As well as individual difference, self-leadership may interact with a number of personal factors including, but not limited to: age, gender, sexual orientation, and culture. It is essential that as a leader you begin to explore and understand your cultural identity as it relates to others. This class will serve as an introduction to your cultural development as a student leader.
