As well as individual differences, self-leadership may interact with a number of personal factors including age, gender, sexual orientation, and culture. The Intercultural Development Inventory measures how a person or a group of people tends to think and feel about cultural difference stemming from any aspect of diversity, human identity, and cultural difference.
