As well as individual differences, self-leadership may interact with a number of personal factors including age, gender, sexual orientation, and culture. The Intercultural Development Inventory measures how a person or a group of people tends to think and feel about cultural difference stemming from any aspect of diversity, human identity, and cultural difference. IDI assesses the core mind set regarding diversity and cultural difference.
