The Five Practices of Exemplary Leaders: This session, based off the Kouzes & Posner book The Student Leadership Challenge (2008), is about how student leaders mobilize others to want to get extraordinary things done in organizations. It's about leadership that creates the climate in which challenging opportunities are transformed into remarkable successes. All participants will begin by taking the Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI) and spend the rest of the session interpreting and applying their personal results.
