Fulbright Scholar Program Information SessionMarch 19, 2015 at 8–9 p.m.
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program provides grants for individually designed study/research projects or for English Teaching Assistant Programs. Fulbrighters meet, work, live with and learn from the people of the host country, sharing daily experiences. Grant lengths and dates vary by country. Since 2012, Gustavus has sent 7 students into the Fulbright Student Program. At this information session, the Fellowships Office will discuss the program in detail including the history of the program, the benefits from the program, how to apply to the program, and how the selection process works. Other opportunities and programs to teach or study abroad will also be briefly introduced. This session is open to students at any level and juniors are especially encouraged to attend. ?
