FLU SHOT APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE!!

Influenza is all around us. Stay healthy and get your flu shot!

Located in the Health Service Office!

How to sign up: 

• Go to the Gustavus Health Portal and sign in.
• Go to appointment scheduling at the top of the page.
• You must choose the date first and then choose Flu Shot Clinic. Available times will appear.  

Prior to your appointment:

• Upload a copy of your insurance within the health portal or email an image to rwelp@gustavus.edu
• Within 24 hours of your Appointment - Complete Immunization Consent Form, Health Insurance Form and Notice of Privacy Form within Gustavus Health Portal
