Announcement: Flu Shot Clinic 10/28/21

Date: Thursday, October 28th
Time: 9 a.m. - noon
Location: Lund Center (2nd floor, balcony above basketball court)

How to sign up: Go to the Gustavus Health Portal and sign in. Go to appointment scheduling on the top of the page. You must choose the date first (10/28/21) and then choose Flu Shot Clinic. Available times will appear. While in the Health Portal you must also go to "my forms" and complete the Influenza Consent Form. If you want this to go through your insurance please choose "insurance" and not student account. You can also upload an image of your health insurance card in the Health Portal or email a picture to rwelp@gustavus.edu.

We do have alternate days and times available to get your flu shot. Please call the Health Service Office to schedule 507-933-7630.
