Due to our recent addition of Internet 2, some users may experience some issues that are related to firewall rules that weren't transferred over from the I1 connection (normal connection) to the I2's (mainly .edu traffic) firewall. If you receive a call, in most cases, staff or faculty, in regards to someone not being able to connect from off-campus to GAC employee's computer, it is possible that Dan and Ethan need to make an exception in the I2 firewall.
