Description
Tommy Zurhellen will read from his debut novel, NAZARETH, NORTH DAKOTA as part of the Fall Reading Series sponsored by the English Department. The novel is a modern retelling of the gospel--the Messiah has come to the world in the 1980s, in North Dakota. It has received great reviews thus far, and Zurhellen is currently at work on the sequel, based on the later gospels.
Tommy Zurhellen teaches at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, where he is Associate Professor of English and Chair of the Creative Writing Program.
