Some of the cables sold at the Book Mark during the move-in period have large boots on the ends. These boots are so large that the ends won't fit into the wall in some of our older style jacks. The Book Mark is exchanging those cables free of charge for those students. They don't need their receipt for the exchange.

If you are talking to someone who is getting a media disconnect error - make sure the problem isn't the booted cable - before asking Joel to check the jack.
