3:30 p.m. -- Panel with Steve Kjellgren (dining service), Naomi Quiram (post office), Warren Wunderlich (physical plant), and Bud Allen (print shop)
4:45 p.m. -- Tours of dining service and physical plant
6 p.m. -- Simplicity meal from St. Peter Coop served in the Courtyard Cafe
