Description
The campus community is invited to "Enhancing Your Health," which will concentrate on diet, exercise, and stress reduction. All sessions will be held in Alumni Hall, except "Lunch and Learn," which will be held in Banquet Room B in the Campus Center. The 2-day schedule is as follows:

Feb. 4

8-8:50 a.m. -- "Heart of a Healthy Life" by Cheryl Zorn;

9-9:50 a.m. -- "Fitting in Fitness" by Chip Gay;

10-10:50 a.m. -- "What do I do Now?" by June Kloubec (health and exercise science);

11-11:50 a.m. -- "Healthy Eating: Your Way" by George Elliott; and

Noon -- "Healthy and Delicious Recipe Modifications," a "Lunch and Learn" session.

Feb. 6

8-9:30 a.m. -- "Embracing the Full Catastrophe: Mindfulness and Stress Management in Every Day Life" by Stephen Bennett (counseling center) and William Shores;

9:30-9:45 a.m. -- Break;

9:45-10:45 a.m. -- "Managing Stress for the Health of It" by Amy Haberman;

10:45-10:55 a.m. -- Stretch;

10:55 a.m.-noon -- "Skeletal Health and Injury Avoidance" by Kevin Hardesty; and

12:15 p.m. -- "So Where do I go From Here?," a "Lunch and Learn" session.
