The Digital Wellbeing Peer Mentors are sponsoring Digital Wellbeing Week from May 1st-5th.  Join us in finding ways to improve your relationship with your phone. From balancing in-person and digital relationships to focusing on academics to your mental health - we can all find ways to create healthy habits with digital technology.
