Join Chaplain Maggie and special guests as we explore a variety of spiritual practices and live into their invitation to slow down and find a greater purpose for our day to day lives. We will explore a different practice each week, helping participants to build a tool kit of rituals to add to the rhythms of their lives. These practices are not tied to any one religion or spiritually and individuals from all religious and secular backgrounds are welcome.
