Description
Mindfulness calms our bodies and minds and cultivates compassion for ourselves and others. Counseling Center staff will lead the community in Loving Kindness and Mindfulness practices. No prior experience is required.
Masks and social distancing are required. Seating with appropriate distance in the chapel will be marked. As with all in-person events, please do not attend if you are feeling ill or have any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild.
