Artistic self-expression connects body, mind, and spirit--and it's fun. On different Tuesdays we'll play with coloring, drawing, creative writing, and improvisational theater games. Everyone is welcome to participate--no experience needed. Daily Sabbath is a time to pause from our regular work and tend to our spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
