The Faculty Development Program, Media Services, and the Library are sponsoring a copyright seminar for all members of the Gustavus community. Susan Robiner, an attorney specializing in copyrights with the firm Leonard, Street, and Deinard, will present the sessions. An overview of this complex issue will be followed by a question and answer period. Topics covered may include: use of Web sites and links in syllabi, lectures, and presentations; intellectual property rights; student radio broadcasting on campus cable; transferring images from one medium to another; and more. Ms. Robiner is willing to accept questions before November 5th to prepare for the presentations on that day. Send any questions you may have for her, or further inquiries about the seminar, to Pat Francek in Media Services at francek@gustavus.edu or Dan Mollner in the Library at dmollner@gustavus.edu.
