Cooking Night - Tortilla de PatataApril 9 at 5–6 p.m.

Spanish department TA, Danny López Fernández, will lead students through the preparation of a traditional Spanish dish - the tortilla de patata, and describe its cultural significance. Attendees will be able to try the dish at the end of the presentation.
