Announcement: Commencement Ushers and Hosts Needed

We are preparing for Commencement which will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024, in the Football Stadium (Lund Arena in inclement weather).  Training will be at 11:45 a.m.  The procession begins at 1:45 and the ceremony begins at 2:00.  We are looking for help with handing out programs at the two gates, being a wheelchair host that pushes guests up to the stadium and returns to gate with chair at South gate, and several seating hosts on the main walkway in the stadium.  You can leave at 2:15 after the ceremony starts.  We will need wheelchair hosts after the ceremony as well.  Please consider helping host our graduate's families to show our outstanding hospitality here on campus.
