Church and College RetreatMar 7, 2003 at 4 p.m. to Mar 8, 2003 at 5 p.m.

The Church and College Committee invites all faculty and administrators to participate in a retreat to explore the meeting of the 3 faiths in Jerusalem in the 12th century and today. The retreat will include reading and watching a contemporary adaptation of "Nathan the Wise," an 18th century play about the meeting of Judaism, Islam, and Christianity in 12th century Jerusalem. The play will be complemented with a mini-travelogue on Jerusalem and a discussion about the modern tensions and meeting points among these faith traditions. All expenses will be paid for and all meals provided.
