Chapel Break: Mindfulness MeditationApr 4 at 10 a.m. to Today at 10 a.m.

Time: Apr 4 at 10 a.m. to Apr 25 at 10 a.m.

Meditation calms our bodies and minds and cultivates compassion for ourselves and others. On Thursdays, members of the counseling center staff will lead the community in loving kindness and mindfulness meditation practices. No prior experience with meditation is required to participate.
