Announcement: Be U Wellbeing Event for Students


Wonder what all this Be U talk is about? Heard some buzz about wellbeing? Come check it out Thursday night at 7:30 in the Courtyard Cafe! Along with SNACKS you can experience a grounding exercise, watch a coaching demonstration, listen to some personal stories and ask questions. These student coaches want to tell you what Be U is all about and how you can be involved by joining a small group for spring semester. Be Well - Be U!
