Mr. Hernandez, a human rights activist from Cartagena, will be talking about the on-going internal war in Colombia and how this conflict has affected the people of the country. The focus of the lecture will be on the impact it has had on the Afro-Colombian communities. The talk will close with a brief synopsis of America's role in this war and what we can do to help.
