Rob Gardner returns to the Gustavus stage for this performance of Lee Blessing's A WALK IN THE WOODS, the story of how 2 men may have changed the course of history during the 1982 Geneva Arms Controls Talks. Gardner and Patrick Thomas O'Brien plays the roles of the two men who, over the course of a year, met in the woods around Geneva to move past international political posturing of the Cold War and conceive a plan for reducing the strategic nuclear arms held by the US and the USSR. Funding provided by the Johnson Endowment for the Arts brings this production to Gustavus at no cost.
