A Life With Focus GroupNovember 22, 2010 at 3:30–4:30 p.m.

This group for students is meeting through the counseling center to discuss issues around attention, concentration, time management, organization, procrastination and motivation. We will use numerous tools including mindfulness exercises, daily planning, self-exporation and group discussion to navigate these issues.
