The Dickens Feast includes hors d'oeuvres of a fresh relish tray with dip, then hot squash soup with a dallop of sour cream, and a salad of mixed winter greens with carmelized pecans served with a champagne pear vinaigrette dressing with a basket of assorted holiday breads and rolls. The main entree is marinated pork tenderloin grilled and served sliced with sun-dried cherry chutney sause and rosemary roasted potatoes with steamed asparagus.
