Gustavus Wind Orchestra Home Concert Bjorling Recital Hall

The Gustavus Wind Orchestra, lead by conductor James Patrick Miller, returns from tour in Sweden and Norway to present its Home Concert in Bjorling Recital Hall. The concert's theme, "Children: Our Hope for the Future", bring together works by Andrew Boysen, Jr., Percy Grainger, and David Maslanka. The program features senior soloists Kelly Neubauer '18 (clarinet), McKenzie Perry '18 (flute), and senior conductor, Ryan O'Neil '18. Assistant Professor Karrin Meffert-Nelson will also perform as a soloist, and Gustavus Wind Symphony conductor Heidi Johanna Miller will lead the ensemble as guest conductor.
