2024 Benefits Open Enrollment MeetingOctober 19, 2023 at 1:30–3 p.m.

Please join us for a virtual  informational 2024 Benefits Open Enrollment session from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. The Google Meet link will be provided to you in an all employee email message.

Similar to last year, you will want to review your benefit enrollment elections for 2024 and make any changes to be effective January 1, 2024. If you do not wish to make changes, you are able to let your current elections roll-over into new year. However, you do need to actively enroll in Dependent Care and Medical Flexible Spending accounts for 2024. We will again be using the My Gustavus platform for benefit enrollment. 

As a reminder, the Benefit Enrollment  (https://gustavus.edu/humanresources/benefits/benefitforms.php) webpage will house all the information you need: a recorded session, informational tutorial videos to maximize your benefits, insurance plan documents, and much more!

Now would also be a good time to make changes to your 2024 Health Savings Account and/or 403(b) Retirement Account percentage contributions.
