2017 Benefit Open Enrollment is open November 7, 2016 through November 17, 2016 until midnight.

MEDICAL:If you donotwish to make changes to your medical insurance, no action is necessary.To make changes, you must log in to WebAdvisor by November 17th.

DENTAL:If you donotwish to make changes to your dental insurance, no action is necessary.To make changes, you must log in to WebAdvisor by November 17th.

VISION:To enroll in vision, you must log in to WebAdvisor by November 17th.

MEDICAL FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT AND DEPENDENT CARE FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT:Youmustlog in to WebAdvisor by November 17th in order to make your 2017 elections.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA):You must log in to WebAdvisor by November 17th in order to make your 2017 election.

LIFE INSURANCE:If you donotwish to make changes to your life insurance, no action is necessary.To make changes, you must log in to WebAdvisor by November 17th.

403(B) OPTIONAL SALARY REDUCTION:If you donotwish to make changes to your retirement contributions, no action is necessary.To make changes, you must log in to WebAdvisor by November 17th.

LEGALSHIELD AND IDSHIELD: To enroll in these benefits, you must log in to WebAdvisor by November 17th.
