Announcement: 1st Monday Hike with Outdoor Enthusiasts ERG

Join the Outdoor Enthusiasts Employee Resource Group for our 1st Monday Hike. We’ll enjoy the sunrise as we walk through the Arb and a FREE warm beverage of your choice from the STEAMery after.  Can't stay for the STEAMery, no problem - I'll have a coupon for you to redeem at your convenience if you need to hike and run! 

There are several paths to take and you can go at your own pace.  We're hoping if you can't join us on Monday, one of our future dates might work better with your schedule. Some will be mid-day, some later in the day. Is anyone interested in one at Traverse des Sioux Park? Seven Mile County Park? 

Mark your calendars! 1st Monday hikes: 11/6, 12/4, 1/8, 3/4, 4/1, 5/6.

Who are we? The Outdoor Enthusiasts Employee Resource Group is composed of Gustie Employees, including faculty and staff from departments across campus. 

What will we do? We'll hike, camp, curl, explore, paddle, go on e-bike tours, and other fun activities that get us outside more! Curious? Want to try something new? 

Why? We want to foster opportunities to engage in networking and education while enjoying the outdoors. We aim to have fun, encourage cross-campus interaction, increase connectivity among Gustavus employees (faculty and staff), and promote employee retention, well-being, & community engagement.
