Description
Building Bridges is a student-initiated, student-led diversity conference dedicated to addressing the pressing social and global issues of today. This year's theme is "Genocide Awareness: How will history judge us?" The goal of this year's Building Bridges Conference is to provide students a means to be involved, take action, and defeat the notion that one person can't make a difference in the world. Our keynote speaker is the real life hero, Paul Rusesabagina whose courageous story inspired the movie Hotel Rwanda. Besides four inspiring workshops, we will be working with Kids Against Hunger to provide a platform for people to package food and feed hungry children affected by the conflict.
