Parents and students have the following responsibilities: 1) to complete and submit in a timely, thorough, and accurate manner all financial aid application forms; 2) to provide FAO with all requested documents; 3) to read, understand, and retain copies of all forms distributed; 4) to read, understand, and retain copies of all loan repayments agreements; 5) to apply or reapply for any scholarship or grant from sources outside the College and to report directly to FAO all awards received.
Parents and students have the right to expect that all records will be maintained in a confidential manner and that financial aid staff will provide information about how aid is determined and distributed upon request. Information students submit to our office may be shared with other agencies and institutions providing funds for financial aid, with authorization from students and/or parents.
