What We Do

Utility Services is responsible for maintaining the College's steam generation plant, chilled water units and the heating, ventalation and air conditioning systems within the 47+ Campus buildings and the tunnel system that connects them.

Our crew of 3 members work diligently 7 days a week to be proactive in maintaining the foreseeable needs of the Campus as well as being able to respond quickly to any concerns that arise.
